BancorpSouth Inc. BXS �-- $100 million in shares expected to price Wednesday via Morgan Stanley and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.

Spirit Airlines Inc. SAVE � --11 million shares expected to price Thursday via Barclays Capital Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
