Accenture FY Q4 Tops Ests; Outlook Above Street; Boosts Div

Accenture (ACN) this afternoon reported revenue for its fiscal fourth quarter ended August 31 of $5.42 billion, with diluted EPS of 66 cents a share, ahead of the Street at $5.31 billion and 63 cents.

For FY Q1, the company sees revenue of $5.6 billion to $5.8 billion; the Street had been projecting $5.6 billion.

For the August 2011 fiscal year, Accenture sees revenue up 7%-10% on a local currency basis The company sees profits of $3 to $3.08 a share, ahead of the Street at $2.92. The company sees operating cash flow for the year of $2.7 billion to $2.9 billion, with bookings of $25 billion to $28 billion.

The company also raised its semi-annual dividend to 45 cents a share from 37.5 cents, an increase of 20%.

ACN in late trading is up 66 cents, or 1.6%, to $43.18.
