This equipment will enable Orofino to generate regular, up-to-date metallurgical and geological reports, improving knowledge of the composition of the producing concessions and increasing investor confidence.

ETRADE Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:ETFC) announced that it has priced an offering of $435 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes at par due 2016, which will bear interest at an annual rate of 6.75%. ETRADE expects to close the sale of the notes on May 19, 2011 subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. ETRADE will use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to redeem all of its outstanding 7.375% Senior Notes due 2013, totaling approximately $414.7 million aggregate principal amount, including paying the associated related redemption premiums, accrued interest and related fees and expenses.
